Meeting Agenda      2025 Audit Report

Following the meeting we will hold the annual beach clean-up.  Please come out and join us; details to follow.

ANNUAL BOAT INVENTORY

In the Board of Directors' effort to identify and remove any abandoned boats on our beach, we are re-initiating the Annual Boat Inventory. Association members are allowed to keep "suitably secured boats" on the beach. What has happened over time is that boats have been left on the beach after the owner sold their property or current owners no longer want their boats.
Specifically, Item 10 of our regulations governing Association Owned or Controlled Property is as follows:

Suitably secured boats belonging to members of the Association are permitted at
approximately the high-water mark so long as sufficient space remains between such
boat and equipment and the water for normal use of the beach area by all property owners.

The last thing we want to do is remove a boat that a member wants, so if you have a boat on the beach, please complete and return the requested information by April 15 using this form.  If you know of any abandoned boats, please bring this information to our attention. Once we receive your responses and determine how many boats may be abandoned, we’ll advise of next steps. If you have questions, please email Denise Davidson at: davidson159@gmail.com.
